The second one wasn’t even out of the oven before my partner was slicing the first. Really happy with how these turned out.

Beautiful! What kind(s) of flour did you use?
It’s a mix of about 45% extra strong white, 45% extra strong wholemeal, and 10% spelt. I love the flavour it produces.
Lovely. But if anyone touched my loaves without giving them time to cool, I’d slap the knife out of their hands.
The one on the left came out weirdly misshapen. You should give it to me to, uh, get rid of it for you or something. :)
