then, actually seperate from the other branches. a supreme court where the seats are chosen by the president and confirmed by a senate was never not going to be a political shit show.

expand scrotus by a couple seats, hard age-cap or set number years (20-30?) then have em do their own internal elections for replacement. with congress nominating (some) choices to choose from, there should also be a very strict exam to even be considered eligible for nomination (expand that out to all state/federal judges…why the fuck are any of them elected freely again? for fucks sake in like half the country you dont need any legal experience to be a judge…).

while we’re at it, scrap this common law bullshit entirely for civil law. common law is literally just a english perversion of civil law, so some inbred english aristocrat’s could hang onto power

I mean, we’ve got proof you can ignore the Constitution without consequences. I’d say it needs scrapped and reworked from scratch.

it’s fucking wild to me how people are still thinking this shit isnt going tits up as soon as trump croaks.

everyone is coping on a “return to normal” (read…unsustainable ratfucking") when he dies, but that is not coming…

…motherfuckers… they literally put out a statement saying they wouldnt leave power peacefully, when someone tells you who they are… believe them

Things weren’t better under the “normal” they want to return to, they we just less aware and less effected by the atrocities that have been ongoing.
