I don’t think it has to be Trump. Look at the people behind him helping all this happen, and enough Americans seem to be okay with this direction. The loss of Trump at some point will be a bump in the road, but I don’t think he’s crucial to a continued authoritarian path now that we’re apparently accelerating that way.
I believe he gets to rule for about 7/2 years ( 1 of the natural-human-life-cycles is 7y, btw ), then some replacement steps-in…
& no, I don’t think there is going to be any “president”, shortly: it’ll be “LORD”, not “president”, that all are required to address him as, or be butchered.
The rules are being cancerously-butchered, as systematically as possible, as quickly as possible, & humankind’s sleepwalking into the trap, willingly…
Once the rules tipping-point is crossed, then butchery goes live, & the nazis become mild-mannered picnickers, by comparison, unfortunately…
I tried warning people in the US armed forces, before 2001-09-11, that “will obey any LEGAL order” doesn’t prevent one from becoming evil’s tool, when the law itself gets rewritten to BE evil, but … they didn’t understand.
People are plastic, in morality: most will form to the context they’re in, obviously, as going counter to it is violently-dangerous…

That should be impossible according to the US Constitution. I don’t think we even had a good constitution at that, as it’s nothing more than a Catholic theocratic autocracy, and has been since 1776.
Sorry, no: I’m certain that Trump is going to break the US to dictatorship in the 2nd-half of 2026, because he won’t tolerate removal-from-power, so the mid-terms “force” him to do that.
He’ll die about 7/2-years later, & the other ( probably Musk ) will enforce essentially-the-same-regime until the full 7y is done.
I don’t believe that Baron Trump will ever be president/dictator: he’s a joke, not a threat, at the top level.

I think we have to have faith America may be a messed up country right now, but everyone tells me just live your life. There’s people in politics. They’ll work themselves out. World will be better no three term president. It’s only two terms. The old man is senile they won’t let him run a country with his snail, but we have to get our job straightened. We have to get we have to find minimum wage jobs, maximum wage jobs, mini maxes healthcare. We have to do these things we can’t trust them and I’m losing everyone around me. I have to. I have to Man up and stick it out for them. Whatever time they have left whatever time I have left we need to. We need to be there and hold their hands and say I’m not mad at you. I forgive you whatever it was just forgive them. Give them love because they’re all we have left.
I think in the 4-months it took me to get 'round to looking-at my notifications, the evidence has shown that escalation is going to keep accelerating…
I’m betting that the tippingpoint will happen in 2nd-half of 2026, when absolute-dictatorship begins.
& that it’ll last ( 2 dictators: Trump 1st, then probably Musk, after about 7/2 years ) for about 7y.
IF Canada survives their war on us, THEN we’ll be there for whomever ( of the good/woke ) are left alive.
