This may surprise you, but plastic straws are also legal for almost any American to own.
True, I have my own package of plastic straws and see 'em for sale at stores everywhere, which is what caused me to think about this.
but don’t you remember when restaurants were doing the disintegrating cardboard straw thing in response to the impaled sea turtle? That was a couple years ago I guess but why haven’t guns ever been rethought & controlled as much as straws were after the Great Turtle Fiasco?
