Ive heard that they can get quite tolerant if tamed while young, just that the taming is rather long and difficult. Though I don’t have personal experience with them to confirm that.
I was going to say the same thing. Learn from my parents (and me). These do not make great pets for kids, assuming you love your kids and your kids love their fingers.
Never seen a tokay that would tolerate being handled like this. They are usually super bitey
