I used to get the TGI Fridays hot wings because they were the cheapest decent-tasting thing in the tiny convenience store near where I used to live in the desert. You would pop them in, 6 minutes, done.
I don’t know why but they fucking changed it. Now the sauce is in a separate plastic pouch instead of already on the wings, with its own separate heating instructions that involve boiling water and shit.
So I thought “maybe it tastes better now” and jumped through all of the hoops. Dirtied an extra dish, extended my prep time by about five minutes, drizzled the sauce onto the wings and shook them in a couple bowls to get an even coating of sauce.
It tastes exactly the same as it used to. What the fuck why would they do that.
