Oh man, I knew it!
I searched for “vorlon ambassador” and that guy came up first, I didn’t recognise the name but it’s been a hot few decades.
Kosh was what I really wanted.
Tubi has Babylon 5 streaming for free. They even put the commercial breaks in the correct spots.
NGL at first I thought it was a shitty Halloween mask of a giant alien grasshopper head.
