Is recicle a differing spelling of recycle? I’ve never seen it before, but Google isn’t being helpful.
No, it is a misspelling.
Thought that might be the case, but everything else seems to be spelled correctly and they spelled it that way twice.

Pretty much, but they won’t like having to replace their nets more often, so I don’t think they would use it
