Yes, I have one there as well. I even need it a lot of the times, would improve my life somewhat if put together. But there has been no hint that this would be the year.
I recently played Curse of Strahd and that dude had food that had been sitting out since before he was a vampire and entire rooms full of cobwebs.

Maybe the whole trope of “Vampire Lord manipulates thralls by promising to turn them into vampires, but never actually does it” is actually just because of ADHD causing them to never get round to it.

I didn’t learn about this aspect of vampires till a couple years ago. I always wondered why the count on Sesame Street was a vampire.
The slightly goofy Francis Ford Coppola adaptation both includes it and solves it. Van Helsing throws a bowl of grains into the air and Dracula names the total before they hit the ground.
