      No industrial oils added on top of sashimi. Even steaks cooked in restaurants often have vegetable oil added to them so that the salt and seasoning stick to the steak while cooking

          One of the good things about this way of eating is you don’t need to worry about calories. Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’ve had enough and become healthy

          We avoid seed oils because they are 1. New, and 2. Most likely unhealthy, though we get practically all our energy from fat
