    (and a lack of tolerance for gendered difference that, let’s be honest, is more of a problem in nations influenced by Christianity).

    That could be why Britain is so gender repressed.

      and why China, despite being anti-trans and anti-LGBT broadly, is not as vehement in its trans repression as the U.S. or Russia, or why Buddhist countries like Thailand are so surprisingly tolerant, and why places like Prague are LGBT safe havens - because of the eradication of Christianity in Czechia by communism.

        Interesting I was wondering why the Czech Republic had such a high population of atheists.
