We’re pleased to share that our major database maintenance is complete! This was a top priority for us, with many teams involved in order to ensure that your player data remained safe and secure. As a result, no currency, purchases, or inventory items were lost during this process!
That said, there is evidence that for a minority of players some aspects of game progression (like finishing a Seasonal Quest, reliving a Spirit’s memory for the first time, etc.) may have been affected.
Please be assured these can all be replayed if this is the case, and that meanwhile, Daily Quests and rewards from Daily Quests were not affected.
Now that the maintenance is completed—we’re actively reviewing the impact of this issue, and our next step is preparing thoughtful compensation to show our gratitude for your patience and support during this time.
