    Admittedly, Bill Gates has done pretty well at helping the most needy. But I imagine he’s the exception that proves the rule.

    Probably tried fighting crime first but got wedgied by the first mugger he met and settled for saving and/or educating millions of African children

      The problem with even Gates is the lack of democratic control of how his money gets used. If he just decided tk cut the line one day and go fill send on megayachts, nobody would be able to do jack to say no to that.
