    Will these companies need to wait 18 years before their “digital humans” can access porn or gambling sites? This just seems to me to be among the worst possible ways to approach this. Why retro fit human-centric ID onto something that isn’t even clearly delimited (is it still the same entity if they are run on a different server? Can the entity be cloned? Who gets arrested if the entity causes damage?)?
