It does not make sense to me why people would want to live beyond 50 years old, especially since health problems start becoming more frequent around that age.
Which makes me ask: Why do people wish to live long beyond the age of 50?
In this society economy, people suffer until 30, starts to settle down at 40, so why would shy want to die before the best time of their life
Even if you include economic wealth accumulated over life from working, you still are not accounting for health conditions which will take toll over last years mentally and financially.
I mean, personally I had seen people get more lonely, less independent and if they are still not working and don’t have kids to support them then they are fucked, when they reach that age.
Unless you mean something beyond money, I believe you are completely wrong.
Some people prefer to be alone.
How independent are we anyway?
They can be supported by the government and/or accumulated wealth.
