I think housing blocs should be centrally managed like copropriety in Europe, where every owner have a say and a vote.

Anarchists are staunchly against capitalism. It’s built on community practice. The difference between anarchism and communism is that anarchists actively reject hierarchy.

By centralized control I mean by all owner of the building, (if you are 1 owner you do as you which) I join one the idea that there are practicals advantages to communale housings, one roof, smaller surface since you stack. And proximitie commerces. I would love to be able to bike too.
