I certainly do. When I had an acoustic bike, I felt like some of the hills around me were annoying to ride up, so I didn’t ride as much. Now I can boost up the steep hills, and ride with no assistance the rest of the ride.
yeah this is an under-appreciated aspect of e-bikes: you stop fearing exhaustion, because at any point you can just turn on assistance and take a break.
Moving with assistance is better than not moving at all, and people with e-bikes tend to ride for longer because it’s easier to do so.

Exactly. I love my mechanical bike but my ebike has definitely been used more

I don’t even have range anxiety cause the bike is perfectly fine to ride without juice.
that’s the beauty of it, an e-bike will inherently help lessen any range anxiety you might feel, as it helps train your legs and heart!
Unless the bicycle looks smth like this, calling it acoustic is ridiculous.
counterpoint: funy
I’ll get one at some point in my life, hopefully they won’t all be flimsy crap by then.
