Tempest BP drops on Buried City night raids. I’ve heard it can drop on any nights raid but haven’t confirmed this. Snaphook BP only drops (or has a much much greater chance) to drop during Electromagnetic Storm events.

Bobcat BP drops during Locked Gate event on Blue gate.
Hidden Bunker on Spaceport can drop the Volcano BP.
