The most important thing is consistency and showing up If it’s six days one week and four days the next week, it won’t really make any measurable difference in the long run. Just do what you can
He hates it, the idea is to annoy him, particularly on his birthday. Lieutenant bone spurs is not going to grow a spine, he will continue to chicken out as is tradition

Same muscle group but different variation will probably give you a little bit more growth stimulus?
