I was also teaching the game too which was exhausting and it went like 6 hours

Haha, I remember when I was young I could never understand how someone could swap the first letters of word pairs, since it was always a joke in media of all kinds. But uh I now know that I do it regularly. I talk a lot for my job so… people get all the quirks … I hope that I come across as “eccentric femme” and not “child in adult’s clothes.”

What a good idea … I hate describing things unimportant to what I’m trying to say, I could use a good “hammer-wall-smashing work” here and there, tbh!! I am also a native monoloingual English speaker (well, for the most part, I had to learn French in school, and Partner and I are slowly chipping away at Japanese, but I’m not fluent or even comprehending in either of them), but I agree, lots of English stuff is pretty dumb and I hate formal “correct” English. This is why I don’t even try to mask it lol, I think loads of English things are dumb, unlimited phenome switching upon the world tbh

Semi-related, I’m reading Otros valles at the moment (good book so far) and I love the way the narrator writes, it’s so not Perfect English but I find it so readable, straightforward, and captivating. So many of the sentences have good rhythm too… good feeling.

damn that’s great, i have not played a lot of bass … i cant handle the fret spacing … violin and guitar are a bit easier for me, violin comfortable, guitar tolerable except certain chords.

i just can’t, i have a laptop with a diving board trackpad, i’ve had Apple fake click trackpads, I have a laptop with dedicated click buttons, but i will take any of these over tap to click, it always triggers randomly, how does anyone use it (my Partner does, I don’t get it)

That’s so fascinating - like the only thing I can think of is some kind of BIOS thing. I was worried my new-ish processor was dying on me haha, but it appears to be working!
