Rosa Oud is such a terrific scent, and the Eufros base is so silky. Great SLS this evening!
Oud oil is high prized in some parts of the world and is quite expensive. King of Oud from Wholly Kaw and Noble Otter Two Kings are two very popular oud-related scents. Rosa Oud from Eufros has a different personality from Two Kings, but Eufros can be hard to find.
This one was where I drew the line on the Seaforth! scents. Sounds nice, but I lean more towards the citrusy, spicey, woodsy, tobaccoy direction for scents.

King of Oud is an older scent from Wholly Kaw. I saw somewhere that it is a dupe of Creed Royal Oud. The scent has no dankness or barnyard smell to it. I’ve never smelled these notes on an oud scent, but recall that they can be there. Anyway, this one’s a keeper. I’m off to try and find a decant of Royal Oud. I have a feeling this could be a real find for me. Great FLS today!
It’s Veterans Day here in the US. I have worked with all branches of the US military except the Coast Guard during my career. This is a day where we thank those who have served for their service.
I really enjoyed the way the razor handled. Surprisingly light. Looking forward to using it again.

Yes, once you get into the rhythm of it, BBS November allows you to get more in touch with your collection of gear.
The punctures are healing very well, thankfully. Outside of poking myself, the actual shave quality was very comfortable and close.
You won’t be disappointed with that brush. Just use it for one month straight. The Stirling 31mm is the same model as the Moar Boar. Once broken in, you won’t want to stop using it. Nice SLS! Enjoying BBS November?

A tentative, but close comfortable shave. The areas I poked with the Böker this morning are healing very nicely.
I have several 24mm knots that I like. We just get spoiled for choice with the larger knots. We Americans have a phrase for this that originated in the WWII era, “Smoke 'em if you got 'em”. 😅

This was a shave test of my Böker 14er that I honed yesterday. The shave result was excellent, but the square point poked me a couple of times. It was the point and could not possibly have been my technique. ;-) That kind of behavior results in the death of pointy points. It will be muted and will speak no more.
The only badger knot I have that size I now use for talc. I was pretty set on 24mm as my max until I bought my 29mm Thäter. After that and the Wald 27mm I was spoiled.
