I love the look and feel of Space: 1999. It’s one of my fave designs ever. I just wish the show’s pace and stories were better. It had some great ideas, but it’s definitely tough for me to sit through. But the clothes, tech, and everything was top notch!

If I were a billionaire, I’d nerd out and design my entire house to replicate the exact look and feel of everything to match the show. The wall panels, the lighting, the tech… all of it.

And both seem very similar to “2001: A Space Odyssey” ship designs to me.

Not all stuff touched by AI is slop. Almost every single professional programmer uses AI now, do you suddenly think that’s going to go away? It’s tool. It’s not going away, no matter how much you hate it. Now poorly made AI stuff is slop, but there is plenty of good stuff made and or aided by AI. That’s going to increase. I love it! :)

Thanks! I was a union organizer for my local union. But their office moved, so now I don’t really do stuff like that. So I live pretty drama-free quiet life now and just go about doing my little hobby stuff. I’m older now, so I let the next generation handle all that. But thanks for your kind words.
