I really enjoyed my time with the first one and I keep meaning to pick this one up.

We’ve had it for 8+ years and it’s still going strong. Nice sound and bass, has aux and Bluetooth capability.

I believe it is just art. The original devs are working on a sequel that will hopefully be out in Q3 2026.

Ha I went down a rabbit hole with that site. Whatever happened to the project? Just fizzled out? It makes me weirdly nostalgic for the early-00s internet and gaming.

That may be true. Still a company, still doesn’t care about anyone besides as a consumer. I don’t get the weird parasocial relationships people develop with any company/corporation.

I really hope this marks the end of the internet’s weird love fest with this company and CEO. They don’t care about you in the slightest.

This is awesome. My 8-yr old has started calling it out when he thinks he sees it. We’ve been explaining to him how bad and unreliable it is, and how it’s not really ‘AI’ but just marketing. I think he’s starting to get it.

Well he is a C-level exec so I’m sure a lot of stuff ‘puzzles’ him.
