I usually copy the links of the attached files I want and then use the corresponding tool to download them (gallery-dl, yt-dlp, whatever).

I noticed that there’s an option “Copy Permalink” on the menu. The thing is this option links to the post itself (something like https://lemmy.world/post/1631662, for example), which doesn’t work when there are external files attached to the post (files from Reddit, Youtube, etc). So that I have to necessarily go the post and only then I’ll have the desired link.

Would it be possible to add an option “Copy Link” to the menu which links to the attached data and not the permanent post? It would be much appreciated.
