yeah those people are nuts. Jonhnny told me he was only with me on insta yesterday. he assured me. we’re even going on vacation to meet irl for the first time next month! I paid for it and everything!
Interesting, I read an article recently where this happenend with scammers impersonating a not too famous wildlife activist. Same scam but the gist was they choose people like him because “no one would believe Johnny Depp would contact a random person on Insta”.

Romance scams are so evil and predatory, but yeah, lots of lonely not so clued in men and women fall for them.
