Which is the best site to stream One Piece in the highest quality for free? The first episodes are so pixelated in the sites that I use

Not exactly One Piece, but One Pace is free and streamable.
Is it a different anime?
It’s a One Piece fan project that recuts the anime to more closely match the manga. I couldn’t tell you specific differences since I only started watching One Pace recently and haven’t seen One Piece. Apparently there’s far less filler.
