    I think it’s possible to have artistic nudity that is classy or interesting, and it really requires good painting skill, but most is just blatant sexual nudity and objectification.

      Yeah I’m not even going to remotely defend the weird random objectifying designs like this or woman with bikini armor number 267,000, but I imagine purposefully sexual sculptures have existed for ages because people are often just, y’know, horny. I guess I’m asking if the issue is sexual nudity and designs, or if the issue is their random inclusion and normalization as being the “average” of what minis of female characters look like?

      Like I guess what I’m saying is that it doesn’t seem inherently problematic for people to make purposely sexual sculptures and paint them, but 1. I don’t want to come across as invalidating your complaints about tabletop gaming spaces, especially since 2. It’s treated as a “normalized”, sort of SFW-adjacent thing, when it should be tantamount to posting yiff on r/drawing
