At Brussels Airport, a mobile blending installation will be tested over the coming months to produce more sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). “We are the first airport in Europe to test such an installation,” was announced at the project’s launch on Wednesday. It is the final component of the Stargate project, through which the airport has explored various sustainability measures in recent years.
