Good things happen every day, but you’d never know it from most news feeds. This place is dedicated to sharing positive, constructive, and inspiring news from around the world.

The goal isn’t to ignore the world’s challenges. It’s to remind ourselves that progress is happening too, and that the future is often brighter than the doomscrolling would have us believe.

Rule 1: No serial downvoting. Let’s keep Lemmy positive. Automod on duty.

Rule 2: Be civil. Play nice. And If you don’t like it here, just find a different community.

Rule 3: Weird that I have to make this an actual rule, but here we go: No advocating violence or murder.
