Hands off AI programs, where for example if I get a text message, without using my hands it read it to me, and I can use my voice to reply.
And any of other features like reading notifications, emails, whatever else! :-)

Only one I know of is dicio, but it is very limited and “ai” is always used for voice recognition to start with. TTS mainly uses “ai” now, but there were non neural solutions before.
Not the type of software I’d use so nothing comes to mind, but if nobody responds, maybe try also asking on !artificialintelligence@lemmy.world, !ArtificialIntelligences@lemmy.world and/or !bots@lemmy.world?

A lot of downvotes for me. I should maybe mentioned to those folks that I’m against most of the AI direction humanity (or billionaires) have chosen, but I’m not against all AI.
Every 1~2 years there is a new source of mob mentality, some times a few. AI seems to be the one of the newer ones. So I wouldn’t sweat too much on downvotes for not being automatically against AI.
