This article led me to read the webtoon, and it is very enjoyable, while the action is usual the setting and analysis of issues at school is thoughtful and well prepared by the scenarist.

I haven’t heard about this drama series, but I have heard about the webcomic it is based on, Get Schooled. Unfortunately the series, while popular, created a major controversy for an exceptionally racist chapter, leading to its cancellation on Webtoon. Apparently the controversy didn’t sink the drama series’ production.
I wonder how this drama compares to legacy “teachers who solve problems with violence” series, like GTO and Gokusen.
Haven’t read gokusen, but GTO is just fun. Get schooled has really some depth to it, which makes it nice for older readers.
