People still had dial up in the late 90s and early 00s and tube sites weren’t really a thing yet. Clip indices were just taking off but it was like 30 second long videos.

I think you’re giving that era of the internet too much credit. People still had dial up in the late 90s and early 00s and tube sites weren’t really a thing yet. Clip indices were just taking off but it was like 30 second long videos.
