Hi there, so one of my cousin got interested in communism when I talked them about it and they want to learn more. I also want them to get more into it and eventually get into marxism leninism.

Is there any good introductory video about communism for someone who basically know nothing about it, which will spark interest of one wanting to learn more and more about it and eventually turn them to marxist theory…

    I am not an ML but I think your best bet is getting them into the reading early. We don’t need more youtube & tiktok communists regurgitating things they heard by people who haven’t done the reading themselves.

    The Principles of Communism is a good start. After that, The ABC of Communism by Bukharin and Preobrazhensky I find to be a highly undervalued text, especially since Lenin occasionally references it. Beyond that, Economic & Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844.

    At that point they can really just dig into whatever. If they are interested in the content they can look for explanations when they don’t understand.
