This deviation from the widely accepted soccer field unit must be the spiteful reaction of the British to the separation from the EU.
I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what the wavelength of a cricket chirp had to do with a neck length. Is the neck specialized in detecting those chirps? How many crickets did that thing eat daily?
Then I spotted the community name. Fuck.
pretty sure its referring to the field they play the game Cricket on. like a “football pitch” is a soccer field.
