The supreme court only really decides matters if constitutional law. Furthermore, for a case to get to the supreme court you need a bunch of the lower courts to have conflicting rulings. The supreme court only hears a tiny amount of cases per year so I don’t see why this would reach the top.
This would almost certainly be decided by a lower court. A ruling then could be appealed but unless there is something major in the case a decision by the lower court would stand.

Honestly, this is really a massive conspiracy among AI companies to profit off of child sexual exploitation. Not only are they providing the means for the people to commit the crimes, they are actively hiding the identity of the perpetrators.
