A feeling of being completely content, a lack of all desire for something “better” or “more.” I can see how the Buddhists tie desire with suffering
When I realize I haven’t been anxious or nervous about something in X number of hours.
It’s the freedom to enjoy life without worry. Also goth women.
Happiness is like pain or sadness. I have the innate knowledge of what it feels like, and no way to actually explain it.
I used to know, but I can’t remember.
