    Things are always your fault ! Or at least, that’s how you should always consider the situation. By asking “What could I have done differently to avoid this ?”, not by blaming yourself (blame is an entirely unhelpful way of thinking anyways).

    You can only ever control your own actions.

    Absolutely always with absolutely everything, I’m not even sure there are exceptions to it. There isn’t a single thing i don’t mull over for days, sometimes even years.

    Even with things that i assume i like/enjoy. Even using the word “assume” regarding something that i enjoy.

    There isn’t a thing i know for 100% certainty, everything is just a guesswork based on available evidence and that can change if more evidence surfaces.

    Oh, all the damn time. My partner gets genuinely annoyed at me because I’m constantly apologizing.

    Actually I’m the opposite. I’m extremely decisive and I have almost zero patience for people being indecisive.

    That not to say I don’t frequently make terrible and horribly wrong decisions, I do. But I make them quickly and I commit to them.
