An unlocked bootloader and root are very different things
Rooted and rootable are also two different things. Rootable means your phone has the ability to be rooted. Aka an unlocked bootloader.
All phones are rootable if you’re determined enough.
(But the ease of rooting should be a consideration when getting a phone)
