Privatization is running rampant in Canada’s health care system and it is affecting patient outcomes from coast to coast. CUPE has produced a report looking at the problem and proposing solutions.
It’s easy to slam Ontario healthcare if you’ve never actually experienced a huge need to be in the hospital.
Both of my parents received top notch service in 2 different hospitals in Toronto.
If this was a private system, once their insurance stopped paying or if they were “out of network”, they’d have to start paying out of pocket and start eating into their savings / retirement or selling their house.
Anyone that supports this type of privatization of our healthcare can kindly fuck right off out of this country.

Bro I haven’t gotten my ADHD meds in over a year, it’s bad. but I also suspects its perpously being made bad by Doug. That and the fucking doctors union won’t increase training positions. Because I can’t find a fucking doctor who will take me a a patient.
