    I’m not excited for the moment when we need to start learning about dry and wet bulb temps during a CNN broadcast about the heat death of a small equatorial nation.

      Actually that’s not what ‘heat death’ refers to. That’s a much larger doom, the final victory of entropy, that we could not, according to physicists, have avoided. Except by dying young!

      So things aren’t as bad as he’s making it sound here!

        Aaah true, yeah wrong phrase to use. I was describing the death of the population due to heat, but “heat death” definitely has a more concise definition.
