I know something that doesn’t die can’t be beautiful
And that’s the line that’ll stick with me. As a fellow Frozen Lake Enjoyer, this is solid gold.
Yeah, that’s a killer line. And frozen lakes are indeed beautiful, I hope I will still get the chance to enjoy a couple more of them still. Winters are getting noticeably less wintery here these days, unfortunately.
Isn’t this great? I love the idea that despite being in sunny California, you still long for ice and cold.
The most aggravating thing about California is they also have frozen lakes, places that are far from the ocean, snow and stalled sea, trees with no greenery. Like, no matter what cool thing you miss from your home, some Californian is gonna be like “yeah, we drive out to Yreka for that every winter, it’s great!”
It sounds amazing that way.
