The USA hasn’t won a single war since they were part of the Allies in WWII.

They have. The difference is that they either had local allies on the ground, like bombing out ISIS in Syria and Iraq, them being in an out quickly like in Panama and Grenada or the objectives being very clearly pretty limited like to avoid an occupation like the tanker war.
