Is this then only an issue when you try uploading a video?
If so…
Whether users are allowed to upload videos is an admin option. If this is only a video upload issue, then it may be that your instance does not allow video uploads. After all, they do consume a lot of expensive storage.
If not just videos, then something else is going wrong. Do any posts work?
I’m not uploading any video, simply crossposting an existing one into a group. There is no problem in crossposting. It’s only when l’m trying to edit a video which l’ve crossposted that l’m coming across this feedback.
Is this a one-off? Or is this consistently happening? If it’s a one-off, forget about it.
If it’s consistently happening, is this on every edit or just this one? Did it used to work, never works, or is it the first edit you’ve tried?

I tried the edit work once again. The response was no different.
I shall upload another video later deliberately to check out whether the response continues to remain the same.
