    The battery turned out to be even more expensive than anticipated, as the auto stop/start feature needs a more expensive battery to power it. But apparently it still had the original battery, which makes it 7 years old so I really can’t complain. Plus 56% of my driving is currently claimable as work km, so the battery is 56% tax deductable!

    The technician was much better than the last one, changing over the battery efficently and doing some sort of mysterious communion with the computer that is apparently important. Mind you, it wouldn’t take much to beat my last experience with having a battery changed, which involved a guy who was very shaky and I think hung over. He took about an hour trying to fit the battery unsuccessfully before figuring out it was the wrong size battery.
