Hi there,
before, PieFed posts when viewed from Mastodon showed the whole text of the post including formatting. They felt native on the microblogging side of things, as if they were Mastodon posts.
Now they just show the title and a link that opens the post on PieFed. That hinders interactions, because I have to leave Mastodon to read the post and then return to it afterwards to interact with it.
Can I somehow change the output format back to full text when posting? And/or why was this changed?
Checked this post on Mastodon and it shows up full text. I’m confused!?
Is there a character threshold to switch it from text to link?

It has been different from instance to instance at least for a while. I think maybe it’s a local setting in Mastodon on how to handle long form content.
Im seeing full text on gotosocial so its probably something on Mastodon itself and its client.
