I use whole grain pasta such as rotini that I show, or else cut up potato, or quinoa, the hummus and medium salsa, various cut up vegetables with including leafy greens, and lentils, nuts and seeds. I use healthy tasty seasonings… herbs and spices. I don’t think there is a healthier way to eat.
