Hello all,

I went to a different church than I normally do for Sunday service today because a friend of my was preaching. This made me wonder how many churches have you attended? I’ve been to a single one for a majority of my life for Sunday service what about it you?

    I’ve been to several ones. At least for special events like friends’ weddings, their children’s baptisms, first communion. I think I went to one or two prayers at the church next to my school because a teacher died. For some reason I also went with friends to their church of a different denomination once or twice… And then I’ll occasionally visit some noteworthy (or nice-looking) church on vacation. Not sunday service, just go inside and have a look for a few minutes. There’s lots of quite different (and old) church buildings in Europe. Don’t know if the last one qualifies as “been to” 😉

    That I can remember? And regularly attended? At least 10. All protestant, but mix of evangelical, non-denominational, and now, mainline.

    Mostly because I’ve moved around to different cities a fair amount in my life, but I’ve also switched churches without moving while my theological understanding has shifted.

    If you count churches I’ve just visited and not regularly attended? At least another 10-12. Maybe 15.
