Mindustry is an open-source automation + tower defense game where you build factories, manage resources, and defend your base.
It’s fully offline, moddable, and available on PC and Android (including F-Droid).
A great alternative to Factorio with a mix of strategy and automation.
I’m not really the Factory-O type, so I sort of lost interest a while ago (~2020) after the game kicked over my sand-castles too many times (that and slow progress, revisiting maps etc). Which for sure maybe is a skill issue.
I guess maybe it could be better for me now with mods, though?
