TL;DR:

• Cashout has health value and movement speed of H and L adjusted as part of their “Respec Order” (check out the other post for more info)
• H+ Infuser cooldown increased before ammo regenerates
• Healing Emitter smaller size and can be deployed in the air (it will fall down)
• Hover Pad more hp
• Goo now breaks almost instantly when on a player
• You can slide more easily (less speed needed)
• 93R +1 damage -3 ammo
• FAMAS less recoil when aiming
• XP54 +2 ammo
• Shockwave interrupts invis/cloak and throws people from ladders and ziplines
• Riot Shield should properly block melee attacks
