This is a community, similar to other AI image communities here where people can share images created with AI that are of an abstract or broken nature. Whether intentionally like that or not.

The purpose is mainly to share abstract AI art, but also to explore the potential of AI artifacts as an element in Art. When AI goes wrong it can produce interesting results.

It isn’t to share picture perfect art of concrete things, for that you should go to !stable_diffusion_art@lemmy.dbzer0.com or !share_anime_art@lemmy.dbzer0.com.

A community for posting abstract images made with Stable diffusion or other open source image generation utilities. Stuff shared here should be extremely abstract, otherworldly, and lacking in clear form or structure. This could be intentionally generated that way or could be a result of model failure. Either are welcome here.

Rules:

1. No Anti-AI Trolling

Should go without saying but this is an AI community, Anti-AI Trolling won’t be tolerated, you will be booted for it. This applies to brigading the community, harassing its mods or members, or even just hanging out in toxic spaces like !fuck_ai@lemmy.world with intent of causing trouble. This will be enforced preemptively.

2. Abstract Art Only

If you wish to post Image generations of anime or more general, you’re better off posting in !share_anime_art@lemmy.dbzer0.com or !stable_diffusion_art@lemmy.dbzer0.com or one of the other AI image communities. If the image you’re posting here was intended as something non-abstract but became abstract as a result of generation failure, please tag as [Gen Failure] in the title.

3. AI Art Only

This is an AI image generation community. If the image you made was made by you, or by a computer using a Non-AI process please don’t post it here. Cool abstract digital art is awesome, but this is a community focused solely on GenAI. Please post Non-GenAI abstract images elsewhere.

4. No spamming

Please limit your posts so as to not spam the community. It’s okay to be enthusiastic but try not to overdo it. Spam will be removed and people who repeatedly spam will be banned.

Visibility: Public

This community can be federated to other instances and be posted/commented in by their users.
